To combat scammers, we have a strict return and refund policy. We understand that things can happen, and do not dispute that a substandard product could end up in circulation. That said, our products are mass produced in large runs so if something was out of calibration, it would affect many of the same stencil variants and we would be savvy to the situation right away. We are not responsible for you ruining your stencils during the weeding or application process. Please do not attempt to claim a faulty product for your own mishap. If you do believe to have received a faulty product, please email us (email@example.com) with a detailed description and pictures of the problem, as well as your order number. We also ask for your patience and politeness. Treating us like an asshole will not get you any closer to a resolution.
